TIMEWELL Inc. provides TRAFEED, an AI agent that supports export control compliance operations. Simply upload technical specifications, drawings, or similar documents, and TRAFEED performs export classification screening based on a Multi-LLM Consensus across Claude, GPT, and Gemini, presenting the results as a four-tier risk score (S/A/B/C). Results can be exported in Excel/CSV formats aligned with METI's standard forms, so they can be used directly as supporting documentation for internal reviews and license applications. TRAFEED also supports third-party screening, including checks related to the U.S. BIS "50 percent rule," and can be applied to research security requirements at universities and research institutions. Its classification accuracy has been validated through a joint demonstration with Okayama University, and the service is currently in production use at more than 20 organizations. The underlying technology is protected by a granted Japanese patent. We look forward to welcoming export control and research administration teams who want to standardize classification decisions that too often depend on individual expertise, reduce workload, and retain a clear record of the basis for each judgment. We also welcome anyone grappling with how corporate data is handled when adopting generative AI — questions such as which model, which provider, and which country or region actually processes your confidential and technical information. Please stop by our booth, where live demonstrations are available. |

Rather than simply generating or adopting SBOMs, we enable their effective operation by visualizing software components embedded in core systems and products, achieving vulnerability management and traceability. Through binary analysis that requires no source code, we identify OSS components and vulnerabilities — and go further to analyze and track, at the component level, code fragments that do not appear in manifests as well as AI-generated code. We help companies build practical and effective internal cybersecurity frameworks for the age of economic security. For 21 years since our founding, we have mainly supported companies in obtaining and maintaining PrivacyMark and ISMS (ISO 27001) certification. We have provided more than 4,000 consulting services related to personal information protection and information security. In recent years, the use of AI has expanded, and ransomware attacks have increased. In response, we are also focusing on consulting services to help companies establish internal cybersecurity frameworks. This includes support for building AI governance and preparing for the SCS Evaluation System introduced by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. “Is our company’s security framework strong enough?” “Where should we start when using AI?” “We want to prepare for the SCS Evaluation System.” If your company has any of these concerns, please visit our booth. We will provide practical advice based on your company’s specific situation.

Kharon's leadership team formerly held senior roles within the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Following the events of September 11, 2001, the firm's founders were on the front lines of the U.S. government's sanctions response. Beginning their careers at the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), they were soon tasked with forming the Treasury's Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA). Before transitioning to the private sector in the early 2010s, Kharon's founders held senior executive leadership positions within this specialized intelligence apparatus. Founded in 2016, Kharon was established to bridge the intelligence gap between government-level analysis and private-sector compliance, providing financial institutions and multinational corporations with the same caliber and depth of analytical rigor utilized by the U.S. Treasury. Traditional data providers operate as aggregators, primarily aggregating raw corporate, trade, and media records. This legacy model shifts the burden of analysis to the client, often resulting in datasets that lack the context necessary for decisive action. Kharon is a technology-enabled research firm, not an aggregator. We deliver analyst-led investigations as a structured data product. Kharon analysts ingest, filter, and verify all tiers of publicly available information. By synthesizing disparate sources, we provide an actionable intelligence suite complete with authoritative citations, analyst insights, and essential context for high-stakes risk management. Our methodology serves as the foundation for the Kharon Core—the world's only comprehensive, structured, and verified resource on the commercial activity of global risk actors. Powered by this proprietary engine, our solutions deliver the essential insights required for an all-encompassing perspective on illicit finance and evolving commercial risks. We offer four products—ClearView, GraphCast, API, and CoreStream—each addressing a distinct operational need. Kharon ClearView is a powerful tool for analyzing and visualizing complex entity relationships and associated risk at global scale, supporting the most demanding due diligence, KYC, and investigative workflows. Kharon GraphCast provides curated, continuously maintained datasets aligned to specific risk typologies, designed to power complex global screening and monitoring systems for sanctions, export controls, and supply chain exposure. The Kharon API enables custom applications and workflows built directly on Kharon insights and risk scores, integrating seamlessly into internal systems to power analysis, automation, and decision-making at scale. Kharon CoreStream turns fragmented global signals into continuous, personalized streams of insight, establishing a new standard for situational awareness in a complex world and enabling fast, well-judged risk decisions.

◆ Booth Exhibit “Integrated Information-Threat Analysis Platform” We will present our integrated platform for supporting the analysis of false and misleading information from early detection through response planning. It continuously monitors social media, news, and other online sources; identifies claims requiring verification; organises supporting, contradictory, and contextual evidence; and visualizes narratives, account communities, behavioral patterns, and information diffusion. At the booth, visitors will be able to see how our platform is used to analyze natural-disaster cases, compare the circulation of problematic claims with official communication, identify possible cross-community spillover, and examine alternative response scenarios through diffusion simulation. The platform also supports multilingual and cross-platform analysis, assessment of observable coordinated behavior, and, where relevant, correlation with cyber threat intelligence. Our platform does not automatically determine intent, attribution, or the correct response. Instead, it presents evidence, confidence levels, alternative interpretations, and analytical limitations in an integrated working environment, helping analysts and decision-makers assess emerging information threats and consider timely, explainable, and proportionate countermeasures. ◆ Presentation Content “The Information Environment During Disasters: False and Misleading Information and Official Communication” During natural disasters, uncertainty and urgent demand for information create an environment in which false, misleading, and unverified claims can spread rapidly. Social media makes it possible to initiate and distribute such content at low cost and to reach broad audiences within a short period of time. At the same time, people often use social media to search for local updates, share conditions on the ground, and contact relatives before consulting official sources. As a result, inaccurate information and authoritative communication may circulate simultaneously, but not necessarily among the same audiences. Publishing correct information alone therefore does not always ensure an effective response. Official announcements may primarily reach users who already follow government agencies, local authorities, or established media, while problematic narratives continue to spread within separate account communities. The practical challenge is to understand how these information flows develop, whether misleading narratives remain confined to limited groups or move into the wider information environment, and under what conditions official information can reach the audiences exposed to them. This session will analyze recent natural-disaster cases in Japan to compare the emergence and diffusion of false and misleading narratives with official and corrective communication. It will examine the types of claims and content being distributed, the communities and accounts involved in their amplification, observable signs of coordinated or repetitive behavior, and the accounts or information channels that connect otherwise separate audiences. The analysis will also explore how the timing, source, format, and targeting of official communication influence its observable reach. Using our information-threat analysis platform, we will visualize these competing information flows and compare alternative response scenarios, including earlier warnings, repeated communication, targeted messaging, prebunking, and debunking. Through this analysis, the session will consider how organizations can identify information requiring urgent verification, recognize when a narrative is beginning to spread beyond its original audience, and select proportionate measures to limit further diffusion. |

Fortis Intelligence Advisory provides services that combine expertise in economic security and counterintelligence with AI and data analytics to protect companies’ critical technologies, key personnel, and business relationships. Signal DD is a fully Japan-developed AI agent that visualizes risks associated with individuals and organizations. It detects and assesses issues involving job candidates, prospective business partners, research collaborators, and other potential partners, including inconsistencies in professional backgrounds, connections to countries or organizations of concern, and ownership and personnel networks. It also recommends appropriate next steps based on the identified risks. Sentinel-CI is a counterintelligence service that addresses both approaches by external actors and insider-threat risks through an integrated framework. It supports organizations from early-warning detection through training and monitoring by integrating and analyzing internal system logs using AI, identifying contact risks at trade shows, academic conferences, and on social media, and mapping vulnerabilities among departments and personnel that may be targeted. We will also introduce our Critical Technology and Personnel Protection System, which centrally manages critical technologies, associated personnel, and protection measures through governance frameworks and dashboards, as well as our Technology Leakage Prevention Consulting services. These services support the inventory and classification of technical information, threat assessments, the development of management and protection frameworks, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Solafune Inc. / Fortis Intelligence Advisory Inc. (Joint Exhibitors) Solafune Inc. is a technology company driven by its mission, “Hack The Planet.” By harnessing AI to analyze and integrate diverse intelligence sources—including GEOINT (geospatial intelligence derived from satellite data), OSINT (open-source intelligence), and SIGINT (signals intelligence such as communications and radio-frequency data)—Solafune seeks to build the “Planetary Intelligence OS,” a foundational platform that visualizes events and conditions across the globe to support informed decision-making. Solafune already operates globally across a broad range of fields, including natural resources, disaster management, agriculture, infrastructure monitoring, and defense. Its technologies support strategic and operational decision-making by government agencies and international organizations, as well as business development and operations in the private sector. In June 2026, Solafune entered into a capital alliance with Fortis Intelligence Advisory (FIA), a specialist in intelligence and economic security. The two companies subsequently co-developed “Signal DD,” an AI agent designed to assess risks associated with individuals and organizations. Signal DD supports critical corporate decisions—including recruitment, capital and business alliances, and mergers and acquisitions—by identifying potential relationships between the individuals or organizations under review and parties that may present security, compliance, or reputational concerns. Through advanced AI analysis, the service enables a deeper assessment of risks and underlying relationships that may be difficult to identify through conventional reviews of publicly available information alone.
