入場にあたっては、来場希望者本人による来場目的および職務内容に関する申請が必須となります。

※本催事は経済安全保障に業務上関わる方、基幹インフラ事業者、国・自治体などを来場対象とした関係者限定のカンファレンス・展示会です。
※公式ホームページでの審査の結果によっては、ご入場いただけない場合があります。なお、審査基準はセキュリティ上、一切公開しておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

To attend, prospective visitors are required to submit an application specifying their purpose of visit and scope of work.
* This event is a conference and exhibition restricted to relevant professionals, including those involved in economic security, critical infrastructure operators, and representatives from national and municial governments.
* Please note that you may be denied entry depending on the results of the screening conducted via the official website. Please also be aware that, for security reasons, the screening criteria will not be disclosed under any circumstances.

報道関係者としての入場をご希望の方は、時事通信社展示会事務局（ECONOSEC JAPAN事務局）【es@econosec.jp】（プレス来場担当）宛に「取材ご希望」の旨、ご所属・ご連絡先を明記の上メールにてお問い合わせください。
※2026年11月3日(火)17時受付締切
来場申し込みフォームからのプレス申し込みは受け付けておりません。
取材の受け付けは、事前申し込み制とします。

If you wish to attend as a member of the press, please contact the Jiji Press Exhibition Management (ECONOSEC JAPAN Management) at es@econosec.jp (Press Relations). In your email, please indicate your request for event coverage and include your affiliation and contact details.
* Application deadline: 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Press applications are not accepted through the general visitor registration form.
Press and media registration is by advance application only.

STEP 1
事前に来場登録審査申請

１名様あたり１登録にてお願いいたします。
※「ご招待コード」をお持ちの方はご入力ください。登録審査の一部を免除させていただきます。

Registration is limited to one per person.
* If you have an “Invitation Code,” please enter it. Certain screening requirements will be waived.

STEP 2
事務局にて申請内容を確認
Your application will be reviewed by the Management.

入場可否のご連絡をいたします。
※審査には数日かかる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

We will notify you of the result of your application.
* Please note that the review process may take several days.

STEP 3
「来場者証」を印刷し持参
Print and Bring Your “Visitor Pass”

審査完了のご連絡メールに記載のURLから「来場者証」をダウンロードの上、
A4サイズ（カラー）で印刷いただき、当日ご持参ください。

Please download your “Visitor Pass” using the link in your approval notification email. Print the pass in color on A4 paper and bring it with you on the day of the event.

STEP 4
当日「来場者登録所」にて本人確認の後、入場
Please present your ID at the “Visitor Registration Desk” on the day of the event for identity verification prior to entry.

STEP 3の「来場者証」とあわせ、
顔写真つきの公的身分証とご本人のお名刺をご提示ください。
審査の結果によっては、ご入場いただけない場合があります。
なお、審査基準はセキュリティ上、一切公開しておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
※民間企業・団体の社員・職員証では入場できません。公務員の職員証は公的身分証と同じ扱いとします。

Please present your “Visitor Pass” obtained in STEP 3, along with a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport) and your business card.
Admission may be denied based on the results of the screening process.
Please note that screening criteria will not be disclosed under any circumstances for security reasons.
* Employee ID cards from private companies or organizations are not accepted for identity verification. However, official IDs issued to civil servants qualify as government-issued photo IDs.

About Handling of Personal Information

ご登録いただきました個人情報については、（株）時事通信社の個人情報保護方針に基づき、（株）時事通信社および運営会社にて厳重に管理いたします。
また、主催者企画のカンファレンス全セッションおよび実行委員・ゲスト・出展者の各プレゼンテーションへの聴講ご参加にあたっては、それぞれの登壇者へご登録情報を提供いたします。
登壇者へのご登録情報の提供に同意いただけない場合は、事前に事務局 es@econosec.jp までご相談ください。
なお、治安関係の公的機関より要請があった場合には、情報を提供することがあります。
ご登録いただいた方には、時事通信社およびECONOSEC関連情報等のご案内（ダイレクトメール、E-mail）をお届けする場合があります。

The personal information you have registered will be strictly managed by Jiji Press, Ltd. and the operating company, in accordance with Jiji Press, Ltd.'s privacy policy.
In addition, if you attend any conference sessions organized by the event organizers or any presentations delivered by executive committee members, guests, or exhibitors, your registration details will be shared with the relevant presenters
If you do not agree to the disclosure of your registration information to presenters, please contact the Management in advance at es@econosec.jp.
Please note that your information may be disclosed if requested by relevant public security authorities.
Information regarding Jiji Press and ECONOSEC may be sent via email or postal mail to those who register.
